Being able to monitor your debit and credit card activity is simple with the 3Rivers Card Control app.

3Rivers Card Control allows you to securely monitor your 3Rivers debit and credit cards by turning them on and off, setting spending limits, receiving alerts to prevent fraudulent charges, and more.

Card Control is free to our 3Rivers consumer and business members and can be accessed through the 3Rivers mobile banking app  for consumers.

Knowing your credit score is vital to having a strong financial foundation. That’s why 3Rivers offers our members Credit Sense, a free credit monitoring tool! Credit Sense provides you with ongoing access to your credit score*, alerts you of any changes to it, and provides you with tips and tricks to improve it, so you always know where you are and are supported in getting where you want to be.

Two ways to enroll for Credit Sense:

Online Access

  1. Log into your 3Rivers online account.
  2. Click the "Show my Score" on the right side under Credit Sense.
  3. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Answer a few identifying questions.

Mobile Banking

  1. Open your 3Rivers mobile banking app.
  2. Click the "More" tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click "Financial Wellness" and then click "Credit Sense"
  4. Answer the identifying question(s).

3Rivers Mobile Wallets

It’s not always convenient to rummage through your purse or wallet—through a mess of cards, checks, and bills—while at checkout. Sometimes your phone is more easily accessible, if not already in hand.

Now, you can link your 3Rivers account information to the mobile wallet app on your iOS, Samsung, or Android device, and scan it to make payments at participating merchants.

Google Pay™ (formerly Android Pay™)

Google Pay is available on any NFC-enabled device running Android OS 4.0 (KitKat) or higher.

If you’re already using Android Pay (Google’s previous app for in-store payments), then you don’t need to do anything at all. Your app will automatically transform into Google Pay. All your credit/debit cards and other financial information will carry over, too

3Rivers Assist: Our Virtual Financial Assistant

3Rivers Assist, a virtual financial assistant compatible with Amazon Alexa® and Google Assistant®, gives you the ability to check account balances, pay your 3Rivers loans, review transactions, and more hands-free—using voice commands. 3Rivers Assist can answer many of your financial questions and instantly provide specific details about your account—all you have to do is ask!

Getting Started

Adding the 3Rivers Credit Union Google Action for voice banking requires:

  1. Must have a 3Rivers Online Banking Account
  2. A Google User Account

Below are the steps for setup on mobile devices:

  1. On your Android or Apple device download the Google Assistant app.
  2. Open the Google Assistant app, say “Hey Google, talk to 3Rivers.”
  3. Google will prompt you to link your 3Rivers Credit Union account to Google. Tap the “OK” button and say “yes” to begin.
  4. On the Welcome screen, tap Accept and Continue.
  5. Enter your 3Rivers Online Banking Username.
  6. Enter your 3Rivers Online Banking Password.
  7. Tap Verify to confirm your online banking credentials.
  8. Enter a 4-digit PIN that will be used to authenticate you only for 3Rivers Credit Union Google Action. Click “Set Passcode”.
    1. This 4-digit PIN will be used when you are attempting to check your account balances, make a transfer between accounts, etc.
    2. When setting your PIN, this will be spoken out loud, so encourage you to set your PIN in a private space and NOT make it the same as your 3Rivers debit card PIN.
  9. Click “Continue” once you have reviewed the Terms of Use.
  10. Select SMS or Email to receive a 6-digit authentication code
  11. Tap Exit Enrollment to complete the account linking process.
  12. Open the Google Assistant app, say “Hey Google, talk to 3Rivers.”

Setup on Google Home Devices:

  1. First, download and setup the Google Assistant app on your mobile device and follow the steps listed above.
  2. Ensure you are signed into your Google account on your Google at home device.
  3. You can now say “Hey Google, talk to 3Rivers.”

Adding the 3Rivers Credit Union Alexa Skill for voice banking requires:

  1. Must have a 3Rivers Online Banking Account
  2. An Amazon User Account

Below are the steps for setup on mobile devices:

  1. Download the Amazon Alexa app on your Apple or Android device.
  2. Open the Alexa app from your mobile device and login using your Amazon credentials.
    1. If you are using an Alexa at home device, use the same login credentials so you home device can be linked if you would like it to be.
  3. Click the hamburger or "More" menu item.
  4. Select Skills and Games.
  5. Search for and select 3Rivers Credit Union from the Alexa Skills Store.
  6. Tap the “Launch” button.
  7. On the Welcome screen, tap Accept and Continue.
  8. Go to Skills Settings and enter your 3Rivers Online Banking Username.
  9. Enter your 3Rivers Online Banking Password.
    1. Once you enter your credentials, you’ll be prompted to authorize access to all elements of your account.
    2. Click “Approve”
  10. Tap Verify to confirm your Online Banking credentials.
  11. You will be prompted to setup a four-digit PIN that will be used to authenticate you only for the 3Rivers Credit Union Alexa Skill. Enter it a second time to confirm.
    1. This 4-digit PIN will be used when you are attempting to check your account balances, make a transfer between accounts, etc.
    2. When setting your PIN, this will be spoken out loud, so encourage you to set your PIN in a private space and NOT make it the same as your 3Rivers debit card PIN.
  12. Tap Submit to complete the account linking process. You will have 5 minutes to link your accounts, or it will time out.
  13. Once your account is linked, launch the 3Rivers Alexa skill by saying ‘Alexa, open 3Rivers.’

Setup on Alexa Home Devices:

  1. First, download and setup the Alexa app on your mobile device and follow the steps listed above.
  2. Ensure you are signed into your Amazon account on your Alexa at home device.
  3. You can now say ‘Alexa, open 3Rivers.’

Frequently Asked Questions

3Rivers Assist uses the account nicknames you have set up within online and mobile banking. These nicknames can be edited by logging in to your 3Rivers online banking account, clicking on “Settings,” and visiting the “Accounts” section.

You can cancel via Alexa or Google by asking to log out of all channels.

You can also cancel this service by logging in to your 3Rivers online banking account on a desktop computer, going to the “Settings” tab, selecting “Applications,” and revoking all tokens from 3Rivers Assist.

If these options do not work, please call us at 800.825.3641 and we will cancel your service.

<p>A third party, such as Amazon, can anonymously store your conversations. However, they do not have access to your financial accounts or your log-in information.</p>

So long as you have a 3Rivers online or mobile banking account, you can access 3Rivers Assist 24/7!

3Rivers Assist is available 24/7, through your Alexa or Google devices. This gives you the ability to do some of your basic banking without having to access online or mobile banking or the 3Rivers website—which is great when you’re on-the-go, multi-tasking, or just need a quick answer about your finances.

Simplify the Switch to 3Rivers

3Rivers and ClickSwitch make it easy to securely move your direct deposits and recurring automatic payments (like utilities, insurance, or club memberships) to your 3Rivers account(s).

How our ClickSwitch Works

  1. Login to your 3Rivers online or mobile banking account.
  2. Click on the Switch to 3Rivers widget (you may need to click on more to find it) and follow the prompts to quickly easily transfer your direct deposits or change automatic payments.
  3. ClickSwitch takes care of everything else by generating and sending completed forms to your employer and/or billers on your behalf.
